1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ForTable (“ForTable,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ForTable lets you upload structured data files (CSV, JSON, and XML), automatically build interactive dashboards, ask questions about your data in plain language, create calculated fields, and share live dashboard links.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We are not a system of record — you are responsible for keeping your own copies of any data you upload.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may explore the Service without an account, but creating, saving, and sharing dashboards requires one. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content, including malware.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain all ownership of the files and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant ForTable a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

When you create a public or password-protected dashboard, you authorize us to make the associated data viewable through that share link according to the visibility you choose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data.

6. Plans, Billing, and Refunds

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (such as Pro and Growth) with different limits on file size, accessible dashboards, and support. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ForTable and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks or to copy any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs, charts, or calculations will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForTable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
